The Corporate Tuition Program provides local companies with another childcare resource for their employees. This program provides discounts off the regular tuition rate not available to the general public at both Bryson Christian Montessori School Campuses.
How Does The Corporate Tuition Program Work?
It's easy! Bryson Christian Montessori School will provide you with a packet that has handouts to give your employees about the program, along with an information folder to keep available in the HR department. Simply pass out the brochures to your employees (or if you wish, we can send you the brochures in the form of an e-mail for distribution that way), and that is it! If you have one or more employees enroll their child(ren) at our school, we will notify you if you wish to keep track. the discount will go directly to the employee for as long as their child is enrolled in our school.
How Involved Do I Need To Be?
You are in total control of how involved you wish to be. Minimum involvement would be to mail back the enclosed postcard (or call us) to distribute the brochures (or email). Maximum involvement could entail items like:
Having a school rep come in to meet with your HR department to explain the program in detail.
Setting up a lunch meeting for employees where we would come and explain the program and answer questions about our school.
Having your HR department be the gatekeeper of the enrollments.
